When you contact us
The demonstration request form collects your name, email address and company name. It is embedded from GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which processes the submission and bot-protection checks. If you email us instead, we receive your address, message and any information you include. This website does not accept document uploads.
We use that information to respond, understand your request and discuss a possible service. We rely on legitimate interests for handling business requests and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before a contract. Please do not send confidential job records or sensitive personal information in an initial request.
Storage and access
Form requests are stored in GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), and notification emails are sent to our Google Workspace inbox. These providers and their service providers process information under the applicable account terms and transfer arrangements. The form uses Cloudflare bot protection, which processes connection and browser information to help prevent automated submissions. Access is limited to people who need it to handle the request or deliver an agreed service. We do not sell request information. A demonstration request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Retention and your choices
Request information is kept only while needed for the discussion, an agreed service or applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to stop contacting you, or request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
This website and its demonstration
The example job, company and records are fictional. Its content is predefined, not live AI analysis. Review and clarification choices are held in page memory and reset when the page reloads. The example download is created in your browser.
We have not added advertising pixels or analytics tracking. The site hosting provider processes connection information to serve and secure the site. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address. Links to email or other services are subject to those services’ own privacy arrangements.
Before company records are shared
Access, hosting, security, retention, deletion and responsibilities must be agreed for the specific pilot before records are accepted. This demonstration makes no claim of certification or of an existing integration with your systems.
